Cream Cheese Icing

1 cup (2 sticks) butter (no substitutes)
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 lb. (8 cups) powdered sugar
2 tablespoon milk

In a mixer bowl cream butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk. Beat on high until smooth. Makes 5 cups.

      Good Morning, unsalted is best but I have used salted in a pinch… Yes real butter..Happy Baking!
