Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 2 eggs yolks, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
STEP 1
In a bowl blend together butter and cream cheese; add sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Chill for 2 hours; roll out on a floured surface to 1/4" thickness. Use your favorite cookie cutters to cut dough.
STEP 2
Place on greased baking sheets. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting. Makes 7 dozen.
